ANYWHERE AND EVERYWHERE

Yes, literally! You can station plants anywhere and everywhere in your house. When it comes to plants, there should be no distinction on the basis of function of spaces.

Be it your living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom or your balcony/terrace, plants can add charm to each and every space. You just have to select the right kind of indoor plant, keeping in mind the requirement of light and water.

CREATE GREEN ISLANDS

Create green islands in your house. By island, I mean placing two to three plants (or even more) together at one place. Choose plants and arrange them in a pattern.

Pick your pots cleverly to introduce drama in your green island. For example, you can grow one of the plants in a golden color pot to really spice it up. Needless to say, that the pots should complement each other.

You can also charge it up with a small add-on like a show piece or a runner.

If you have a big and small plant to keep together, raise the smaller one on a table or a small stool to match the scale.

Group plants together to create green corners. If you are grouping a small and a big plant together, raise the smaller one on a table to match the scale.

A quick tip : A small water fountain in your green corner could be the icing on the cake!

Small plants can occupy corners of your breakfast/kitchen counters, side tables, wash basin counters, console table, study table and likewise. Awkward corners can be easily filled in with plants.

I simply cannot imagine my place without #succulents. Succulents are great plants for indoor spaces. They add an unending charm and bring a magical aura.

If you are a couch potato and have a trouble keeping your plants alive, succulents come to your rescue. These plants store water in their leaves, thereby making them appear fleshy and thick.

Having said that, they need to be watered less frequently and require less maintenance too.
